Who we are

Skyyber Entertainment LLC operates this talent portal to manage DJ bookings and opportunities. This policy explains what information we hold about the DJs and talent who use it, and what we do with it.

This portal is invite-only. It is not a public directory, and profiles are not visible to the public or to search engines.

Information we collect

You provide this when you set up and maintain your profile:

• Your name and professional or DJ name
• Email address and mobile phone number
• City and state
• Professional details you choose to add: genres, experience, preferred gig types, travel willingness, rate range, bio, and links to your Instagram, website, or mixes
• An optional profile photo, if you provide a link to one
• Your communication preferences, and whether you have consented to text messages

The portal also records how you use it in the course of booking work:

• Which opportunities you were sent
• Your responses and any notes you add to them
• Assignments and confirmations
• When you signed in, and when you first opened an opportunity

How we use it

We use your information to run the booking process, and for nothing else:

• Matching you to opportunities that fit your genres, location, and stated preferences
• Sending you opportunities and reminders by the method you chose
• Recording your responses so we know who is available
• Assigning and confirming talent for events
• Keeping a record of past bookings

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not profile you for any purpose other than matching you to work.

Text messages

Skyyber Entertainment sends text messages only to talent who have explicitly opted in from their Communication Preferences page inside this portal. Consent is recorded with the date and time it was given.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your phone number, and we never will.

Text messages are used only to tell you about specific opportunities and to remind you when we still need your answer. Message frequency varies with how often relevant work comes up. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also turn texts off at any time on your Communication Preferences page. Turning off texts does not remove you from the roster — you will still receive opportunities by email.

Who can see your information

Other DJs cannot see your contact details. When several people are invited to the same opportunity, none of them can see each other's email address or phone number.

Skyyber Entertainment staff can see your full profile, including your contact details, because that is what booking requires.

When we present you for a specific booking, we may share your professional details — your DJ name, genres, experience, links, and photo — with the client or venue for that event. We do not hand over your phone number or email for marketing.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the portal, and they process data only on our instructions:

• A hosting provider, which stores the portal and its database
• An email provider, which delivers our email to you
• An SMS provider, which delivers our text messages to you, if you have opted in

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not share your mobile number or email with third parties for marketing
• We do not run advertising, ad tracking, or third-party analytics on this portal
• We do not publish your profile publicly

Cookies

The portal sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in. It is required for the site to work and is not used for tracking or advertising. There are no third-party cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your profile while you are on the roster. Booking records — which opportunities you were sent, how you responded, and what you were assigned — are kept as a business record of work performed.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. See below.

Your choices and rights

You can:

• View and edit your own profile at any time from your account
• Change how we contact you, or withdraw SMS consent, from your Communication Preferences page
• Turn off new opportunity invitations without leaving the roster
• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it, or to delete your account

Security

The portal is served only over an encrypted connection. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing, which means we cannot read them and neither could anyone who obtained our database. Access to talent records requires a signed-in account, and only Skyyber Entertainment staff accounts can see the full roster.

Age

This portal is for professional talent aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you directly.
